What to do if I have a complaint?
At We Love Ties, we strive for the highest quality and care when processing your order. However, we understand that sometimes situations may arise where you are not completely satisfied with an item you received. In such cases, we are ready to assist you and resolve any issues.

If calling is not possible or if you prefer to send an e-mail, that is also possible, of course. Send your e-mail to info@weloveties.nl. Describe your complaint as clearly as possible and do not forget to include your order number and contact details. This way we can serve you faster and more efficiently.
Our team will carefully investigate your complaint and strive to find an appropriate solution. Whether it is replacing the item, refunding your purchase price or providing another appropriate solution, we will do everything we can to ensure that you are satisfied with the handling of your complaint.
